When leaving the center, we are in the street of the poorest district of Nouadhibou - Madrid.

The omnipresent Spanish Cooperation's logo leads to think that a fail in a true fulfilling of what supposedly is the aim of this institution in other countries - the help - is replaced with this pictorial overrepresentation.
